Who is Health Coaching suitable for?

Individuals

As Health Coaching is led by you it is suitable for anyone who wants to make a positive change in their health, for example:

  • Managing stress
  • Weight Loss
  • Type 2 Diabetics/ pre diabetics
  • Someone new to Veganism
  • Someone who wants to be more active
  • Elderly
  • People without nutritional knowledge
  • Someone who has been asked to lose weight / improve lifestyle by medical practitioners

Groups

Watch this space for group coaching sessions running in the Abergavenny and South Powys area, all groups will be small (max 6 person).

Sharing a problem with others in the same boat can be a very effective way to help overcome it.

Talks

Educational talks to groups as required, subjects covered so far:

  • Nutrition for female fell runners
  • Perimenopause and post menopause symptoms – can they be alleviated with whole foods?
  • Eating for energy
  • Creating healthy meals
  • Healthy eating for children (delivered over 4 sessions)
