Who is Health Coaching suitable for?
Individuals
As Health Coaching is led by you it is suitable for anyone who wants to make a positive change in their health, for example:
- Managing stress
- Weight Loss
- Type 2 Diabetics/ pre diabetics
- Someone new to Veganism
- Someone who wants to be more active
- Elderly
- People without nutritional knowledge
- Someone who has been asked to lose weight / improve lifestyle by medical practitioners

Groups
Watch this space for group coaching sessions running in the Abergavenny and South Powys area, all groups will be small (max 6 person).
Sharing a problem with others in the same boat can be a very effective way to help overcome it.

Talks
Educational talks to groups as required, subjects covered so far:
- Nutrition for female fell runners
- Perimenopause and post menopause symptoms – can they be alleviated with whole foods?
- Eating for energy
- Creating healthy meals
- Healthy eating for children (delivered over 4 sessions)
